2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a 777md account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777md enforces a strict minimum age policy and requires users to verify their identity and date of birth before withdrawals are processed.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party, including any agent, broker, or representative acting under the instructions of another person.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or any affiliated gambling service, whether through self-exclusion or enforcement action by 777md.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

777md supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved local payment methods. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit on the same account, unless an exception is approved by 777md's compliance team following a KYC review.
• 777md does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 777md accepts no liability.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Withdrawal of a deposit before meeting the rollover condition of an active bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• If a transaction is credited to your account in error, you must notify 777md immediately and not use the incorrectly credited funds. Funds used that are later confirmed erroneous may be reclaimed from your account balance.

777md reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. Processing may be suspended for up to five business days during such a review, and users will be notified by the support team.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 777md Platform are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and market type. 777md reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets at revised odds in the following circumstances:

• An obvious pricing error is identified at the time of bet placement or thereafter. Where a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds, 777md reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• An event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market's completion criteria are met, as defined in the sport-specific rules available on the Platform.
• Evidence of match-fixing or any form of corruption affecting the event outcome is reported by the relevant sporting authority or a credible integrity organisation.
• A system error, technical failure, or data feed interruption causes bets to be placed at incorrect prices or on markets that would not ordinarily have been available.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

777md reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any supplementary rules published on the Platform, including sport-specific betting rules and promotion-specific terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with your account.
• A request by a competent legal authority, regulatory body, or law enforcement agency requiring 777md to restrict or terminate access to the account.

If your account is closed for breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where permitted by compliance obligations, uninvested real-money balances may be returned to the payment method on record after all required verification steps are complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777md, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if 777md has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777md makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and circumstances beyond 777md's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

777md may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a user — 777md will provide at least seven days advance notice via the registered email address on your account before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.
